"Naoko", film giapponese del 2008.

Storia di crescita e redenzione attraverso lo sport; piuttosto convenzionale e non privo di difetti, ma ha anche il merito di ricordare che lo sport è sacrificio, dedizione, sfida con se stessi. Uno di quei film "medi" (ma non mediocri) e piacevoli che in Italia non abbiamo, e che hanno innanzitutto una storia da raccontare.
Ho visto che è giò prenotato; altrimenti l'avrei fatto io :em07:

david chiang e ti lung sono i protagonisti di una storia di vendetta, onore, amicizia e coltelli ambientata nel mondo delle triadi cinesi ai tempi dei signori della guerra, sul farsi del ventesimo secolo.
sangue che spruzza, coltelli ovunque, coreografie da decine e decine di persone che si menano, donne che tradiscono e si uccidono, subdoli gangster disposti a tutto per il potere, rivali che si uniscono contro un nemico comune prima di sfidarsi tra loro, padrini che muoiono, locande con scalinate in legno.

Giappone, 2010. Genere: Drammatico/Commedia

Film da aggiungere alla lista "Storie d'amore giapponesi strambe e singolari", con un'aromaterapeuta che seduce un diciassettenne pur di "sentire l'odore del suo collo e dalla sua testa". Bello, sincero e grottesco, ma in grado di dare indagini psicologiche dei personaggi convincenti e una narrazione semplice, lineare, ma coinvolgente. Bravissima Noriko Eguchi, fotografia e regia ottime, montaggio, tuttavia, abbastanza confusionario e poco coerente.

20 Nights

Coproduzione vietnamita, indonesiana, singaporiana, francese e tedesca ( :em41: :em41: ). Parte molto bene, poi diventa vacuo, inutile e barbosissimo. Resta l'eleganza dell'ottima regia. Deludente. Uscito anche in Italia, tra l'altro e inspiegabilmente vietato ai minori di 18 anni.
