[NEWS] Dardenne: "Deux jours, une nuit"

Notizia che risale a qualche tempo fa.
Il duo belga ha deciso di rimettersi all'opera e di sfornare un nuovo lungometraggio che si intitolerà "Two Days, One Night" (Deux jours, une nuit). Tuttavia non sono ancora state rilasciate dichiarazioni ufficiali in merito alla data di inizio delle riprese.
La pellicola racconta la storia di una donna che, in soli due giorni, deve cercare dei colleghi disposti a rinunciare a parte dello stipendio pur di aiutarla.
Si sa solamente che Marion Cotillard ("La vie en rose") farà parte del cast; questo particolare ha già fatto sbavare gli U.S.A., i quali non hanno perso tempo e si sono immediatamente accaparrati i diritti di distribuzione sul loro mercato.

Mah..... difficilmente mantengo un briciolo di obiettività quando si tratta di loro due, tuttavia la scelta di affidarsi a un'attrice pluridecorata come la Cotillard mi lascia quantomeno qualche punto interrogativo (ero infatti abituato ai loro pupilli Gourmet / Renier).
Rimango comunque fiducioso sperando che realizzino qualcosa che si avvicini anche solo vagamente alle loro produzioni del decennio 1996-2006.

Condivido le medesime perplessità.
La Cotillard è brava, nessuno lo nega, ma riuscirà/vorrà diventare anonima per il film dei Dardenne?
E soprattutto, i Dardenne le chiederanno di diventare anonima... ?

Magari stavolta i due fratelli desiderano tentare qualcosa di un po' diverso. Il che sarebbe anche interessantre, per quanto mi riguarda, fermo restando che a me piacciono moltissimo così come sono stati finora. E la Cotillard è brava abbastanza da poter evitare di essere per forza riconoscibile/iconica - così come è stata bravissima Maya Sansa, per esempio, ne L'uomo che verrà di Giorgio Diritti, "irriconoscibile" in mezzo a tutti quegli attori non protagonisti (a parte la Rohrwacher, ancora non famosissima). Insomma, staremo a vedere. ;)

Sono apparse su Internet, sul sito francese Diaphane, le prime tre immagini che ritraggono Marion Cotillard in Deux jours, une nuit, il nuovo film dei fratelli Dardenne che con tutta probabilità vedremo in concorso al prossimo Festival di Cannes, che si aprirà il 14 maggio prossimo con la proiezione di Grace di Monaco.

Nel film, la Cotillard interpreta Sandra, una donna che ha due giorni e una notte di tempo per cercare di salvare il posto di lavoro suo e dei suoi colleghi convincendoli a rinunciare ad un bonus a loro spettante di diritto.

Tempo fa girava la voce che "Deux jours, une nuit" sarebbe uscito
soltanto in versione home video in Italia,
tuttavia il sito della BiM indica Giovedì 13 novembre come data.
