[NEWS] Takashi Miike per l'adattamento di Terra Formars

Takashi Miike per l'adattamento di Terra Formars


Ancora uno. Takashi Miike non si ferma più. La Warner Bros. Japan ha annunciato che sarà lui a dirigere l'adattamento live-action di Terra Formars, un manga scritto da Yu Sasuga e disegnato da Kenichi Tachibana che ha già dato vita a una serie animata (trasmessa in Italia da VVVVID) e una videogame.
Miike ha già pronti due film: Kane ni tatsu lion e Yakuza Apocalypse.
Il manga racconta lo scontro per la conquista di Marte tra i membri di una spedizione alla ricerca di nuove frontiere per l'umanità in soprannumero e gli scarafaggi giganti umanoidi che erano stati inviati dagli umani sul pianeta rosso per terraformarlo.
Terra Formars sarà un monster-movie in salsa fantascientifica con un budget di tutto rispetto.
Nei prossimi giorni la rivista Young Jump rivelerà ulteriori dettagli sul film.
Uscita nel 2016.
