Uscirà in Giappone l'1 settembre 2012 per Phantom Film (che distribuisce anche The Land of Hope di Sion Sono) il nuovo lungometraggio scritto e diretto da Toshiaki Toyoda, regista di Pornostar (1998) Blue Spring (2001) 9 Souls (2003) Hanging Garden (2005) The Blood of Rebirth (2009) e del recente Monsters Club (2012).

In I'm Flash, questo il titolo, Rui Yoshino (Tatsuya Fujiwara - Battle Royale, Death Note) è il carismatico guru di una setta religiosa chiamata "Life is Beautiful”, che inizia a guadagnarsi l'attenzione dei mass-media. Coinvolto insieme a una ragazza misteriosa, Rumi (Kiko Mizuhara - Norwegian Wood) in un incidente stradale che crea scandalo, e in crisi personale a causa della sua fama, Rui si rifugia in un'isola remota insieme alle sue tre guardie del corpo, tra cui un ex-gangster (Ryuhei Matsuda, Kento Nagayama e Shigetu Nakano). Sull'isola, Rui rivela qualcosa di più sul suo gruppo, mentre sta per accadere una serie di eventi inquietanti...
