Trama
Yoshimi viene catturata da un clan della yakuza che gestisce rapimenti e traffico di droga. Tutto questo per segure le traccie della sorella, fatta sparire e poi venduta dal clan con l'aiuto del suo ragazzo Higashi.
La povera ragazza viene drogata con una potente droga chiamata Angel Rain e poi stuprata... In seguito riuscirà a scappare e a chiedere aiuto alla dottoressa Hiromi, ma poi si suiciderà... La dottoressa, divorata dai sensi di colpa, attua un piano per incastrare la yakuza, ma senza successo, infatti subirà la stessa sorte di Yoshimi.
Quando però tutto sembra finito un mostro assetato di sangue comincia a "vendicare" le ragazze...

Commento
Secondo capitolo della serie "Guts of a Virgin" che però con il suo predecessore non ha niente a che fare, se non per le molte scene soft-core e gore.
Gli effetti speciali sono migliori ed anche la trama sembra un po' più "corposa", ma sfortunatamente ciò non basta a trasformarlo in un capolavoro assoluto.
Rimane comunque consigliata la visione agli amanti del genere ed anche a chi vuole vedere tutta la trilogia :em44: .
